Colleague AWS Migration - Begins July 21, 2025 at 4pm

Dear Campus Community,
We are pleased to share that as part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing system performance, reliability, and scalability, the Technology and Library Services division will be migrating our Colleague environment to Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the cloud. This strategic move positions us for long-term sustainability and improved service delivery.
Scheduled Downtime: To complete this "lift and shift" migration, Colleague will be unavailable for approximately 24 hours beginning on:
Monday, July 21 at 4:00 PM
Expected Completion: Tuesday, July 22 by 4:00 PM
During this time, access to the Colleague system—including student records, registration, financials, and other integrated services—will be suspended as we transition the environment and confirm that all baseline functions and integrations are operating as expected.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we carry out this important upgrade. We will provide status updates throughout the process and notify the community as soon as Colleague is back online.
